Global Gathering is back in 2011 with a vengeance with a new site layout and revolutionised concepts for one of the UK’s liveliest electronic music festivals.
Taking place over two days in the height of summer on Stratford-Upon Avon’s Long Marston Airfield, GlobalGathering will be giving music festivals worldwide a run for their money as they announce their headline act as globe-renowned D&B mavericks, Pendulum - the band even dubbed GlobalGathering as being “pretty much the centre point of the dance music calendar”. Brit-award bearing superstar Tinie Tempah will be joining to GG gang alongside D&B-cum-dubstep duo Chase & Status who will certainly be bringing the noise. The Global Arena will be manned by ‘Born Slippy’ legends, Underworld whilst Eric Prydz will be performing a world festival premiere of his EPIC show.
Other artists set for the bill include Carl Cox, Richie Hawtin, Ms Dynamite, Zinc, Boy Better Know (Live), Sub Focus (Live) Axwell, Sasha, John Digweed, James Zabiela, Skream & Benga, C, High Contrast, Marky, London Elektricityalong with the Godskitchen crew Ferry Corsten, Eddie Halliwell and Markus Schulz.
