We are streetwear. We are fiends from the scene. We live for the weekend. We make moves, not excuses. We go to clubs with no gravity. We wear sunglasses at night. We do the Dada. We take her to the back by the hand. We say ’blau’, ’brrrat’ & ’brap’. We floss. We eat bananas with champagne.
We reject the mainstream. We are Dirty Smart...

MAD DECENT MAKES MOVES ON MOOMBAHTON…
Having delivered a dubstep primer with the first edition of its Blow Your Head compilation series in 2010, Diplo’s own record label Mad Decent is now getting ready to spotlight another that’s popular with 'the kids' these days; Moombahton.
For those not already wised up to what the hell Moombahton is, consider this the abridged history. Pioneered by current Australian visitor and one half of Nadastrom, Dave Nada, Moombahton was born in 2009 from Nada’s experiments behind the decks when slowing Dutch house jams down to reggaeton BPM levels and layering on a whole mess of acapellas to go with it. The scene has been bubbling up for a minute and now Moombahton will be the focus of Blow Your Head Volume 2.
Overseen by Nada himself, the Mad Decent collection will see the North American DJ mix up and slow down tunes from the likes of Munchi, Datsik, South Rakkas Crew, Dennis Ferrer and Australia’s own Kito and Reija Lee.
Dropping May 31st. Bigness.
